FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Oslo, May 28, 2007: Adler International Learning, a Canadian organization with offices in Ontario, Canada and Arizona in the United States, is once again expanding in Scandinavia by launching its International Coach Federation’s (ICF) accredited professional Coaching Certificate Program in Oslo, Copenhagen, and Stockholm.
“We are very excited to be working with our partners to bring our internationally recognized program to Scandinavians,” says Adler International Learning President, Linda Page. “We have great confidence in our partners because of their already successful representation of our award winning Positive Change: Leader as Coach program for Leaders and Managers. Combining our coaching training expertise with their local knowledge and exceptional reputations will ensure the broader reach of all our programs. Together, we are making a long term commitment to expanding the Adler presence in Scandinavia.”
The Positive Change: Leader as Coach program is known for its robust and conceptually sound curriculum and the faculty for their excellence in program facilitation. Participants who experience the program get a conceptual understanding of coaching, an inventory of coaching tools, techniques and processes and enhanced coaching skills as well as a powerful personal growth experience.
Initially, members of Adler International Learning’s ICF accredited faculty from Canada will co-deliver the Coaching Certificate Program with the Scandinavian partners, who are trained and qualified professional coaches with extensive coaching experience with leaders and managers. The goal is to have the program delivered completely by local faculty members by mid 2008.
Adding the Coaching Certificate Program will enhance Adler International Learning’s already strong presences in Scandinavia. Adler’s unique and innovative approach to coaching, through the Positive Change: Leader as Coach program has already been effectively delivered in Swedish, Danish and Norwegian languages with the same exceptional results as the deliveries in English. In Scandinavia, more that 200 leaders and managers have been trained to deliver the program.
Adler’s partner in Denmark Jens Christian Aagenæs, President of Insight Coaching and Consulting says: “It has been great working with Adler on the Positive Change: Leader as Coach program and bringing the Coaching Certificate Program to Copenhagen allows even more opportunities for Scandinavians to enhance business performance. I have seen the results first hand in our work with Ericsson and look forward to introducing more individuals and organizations to Adler’s approach with our expanded offerings.”
Adler International Learning was the first school in Canada to gain ICF accreditation for the Professional Coaching Certificate Program. The ICF is the professional association of personal and business coaches that seeks to preserve the integrity of coaching around the globe. Adler International Learning continues to build programs to respond to the ever-increasing interest in developing coaching cultures in organizations and make them available to partners worldwide.
