Adler is now offering a Mentorship program that consists of three one-on-one sessions with a qualified Mentor Coach and 7 hours in a group format.
ICF requires 10 hours of mentorship coaching over three months with a qualified mentor coach ( PCC/ MCC certified) for the ACC credential. This requirement is intended to help applicants prepare for the ICF portfolio exam. Mentorship must be completed prior to submitting your application to ICF. The framework of the mentorship requirement as described by ICF is that 70% of the required hours (that is seven hours) can come from group coaching. Additionally, the group can not consist of more than 10 participants.
The Adler Mentorship program will support you through the credentialing process and will offer opportunities for the following:
- Peer coaching
- Shared learning
- Case Reviews
- Active Feedback
Dates for Group meetings:
Lab 1 - January 25 (10:00 am to 12:00)
Lab 2 - February 22 (10:00 am to 12:30) Lab 3 - March 22 (10:00 - 12:30)
