The material posted on this web site is for individuals who want to become Adler approved trainers of the Positive Change: The Leader as Coach program. This program is intended for organizations that would like to have their own facilitators trained and certified to deliver this program internally, as well as for independent facilitators and coaches who would like to qualify as a facilitator for Adler Strategic Partners.


The January 18-22, 2009 Facilitator Certification Program consists of the following elements:

1. Pre-Reading: Overview of Adler Approach to Coaching

Please read the “pre-reading” material (link to Overview) prior to attending the August 2008 Facilitator Certification program.

2. Audio Recordings
The audio recordings will ground you in the Adler Foundations prior to the live tele class. Each pre-recorded audio class is approximately 20 minutes. Please listen to all the audio recordings prior to the live tele class.

We have provided you with visuals to have on hand when listening to the above audio recordings.
