“ We launched the Positive Change: Leaders as Coach in the fall of 2006, and the program is proving to be an exciting and effective way of ensuring professional and personal development… for our staff”.
– Steve Mumford, General Manager, Rochdale Credit Union (Canada)
"A thorough and practical program that helps managers develop the coaching tools to conduct ongoing constructive discussions with their staff. In the training, these conversations are broken down into bite-size portions and analyzed, simplified, and practiced using real-life situations. Participants leave the training with written commitments to facilitate the transfer of training. Highly recommended for managers and executives at all levels of the organization."
– Beth Sorichetti, Director, Human Resources, Alterna Savings (Canada)
“As the coaching profession evolves from one-on-one coaching to team/group and organizational coaching to creating global coaching cultures, this program is well positioned for success. As a Master Certified Coach, I found the experience of this powerful program and follow-on tele-labs to be timely for adding to my coaching toolbox.”
– Annette Hurley, Federal Department of Defense Agency (USA)
