The ‘Living Systems Approach’ is an “emergent model” process that transforms groups and teams through conversations and experiential activities that evolve specifically from the team’s unique context and mandate.

This four-day course is structured as a living lab, inviting participants to claim their place in organized systems as a team coach. A variety of strategies and tools are used to enhance the learning. Opportunities to bring forward actual challenges being faced in the implementation of the classroom learning will also be provided.

Prerequisites: 20 hours of coach-specific training from an accredited coaching school, OR group facilitation training and experience.
